Pour nos centres serveurs nous avons restructuré et avons fourni deux appartements dans le rez-de-chaussée de notre palais. Le premier, est le plus grand ; il a deux grandes salles, Girasoli (double) et Aranci (quatre/six lits avec le traçage), une cuisine meublée pour le déjeuner et deux bains en dehors des salles. La cuisine est complètement équipée pour le déjeuner ou afin de préparer les déjeuners ou les dîners rapides (café exprès, micro-onde) et surtout elle est utile libre pour nos centres serveurs. Girasolie et Aranci sont une solution optimale pour des séjours dans la famille ou le groupe, dans l'alternative les salles viennent renteè séparément. La family suite San Matteo est équipé du satellite de TV et de l'Internet Wi-Fi dans toutes chambres. La seconde, la suite de Saint Matteo, est un petit appartement avec le lit jumeau, le bain privé, TV 28 pouces, satellite, l'Internet Wi-Fi, air conditionné, traitement au four sous petit angle afin de préparer le déjeuner. Tous les appartements apprécient le revenu indépendant. Le déjeuner, abondant et assorti, vient fourni à l'arrivée remplacée et basé sur les consommations et normalement pain grillé par prévisions, thé, café, lait, brioches, tranches, marmelade, Nutella, frollini. Tous dans l'abondance. La préparation est self-service donc pour sauvegarder l'intimité et pour ne pas imposer des cravates d'horaire.
